eDM is about accountability and driving 1-2-1 electronic engagement. When we observe the Australian media discussions there is nothing that really looks like helping both the consumer and advertiser from poor accountability by those in the industry. Education is the key to driving better medai outcomes and we will be working on a series of courses to help drive better and more accountable eDM outcomes linked to media placement.
